FAQ’s
Do I need hosting?
No, since all Driver Vendor Stores are kept on our servers, there are NO monthly fees to use the site and no additional hosting fee for the Basic Driver Vendor Store. It’s included in Your Basic Package Driver Vendor Store. Upgrade Options are available.
Do I need a domain name?
NO, you will NOT need a domain name. Since your Vendor Store is located on our Servers and you have registered for a Driver Vendor Store there is no need to purchase a Domain Name.
How long does it take to setup?
Your site is normally up and running within 24-48 hours, but most of the time it’s up and running within a few Hours, and then the only requirement is adding your prefered setting and information.
Can I maintain and Manage my content?
Yes, your Driver Vendor Store has many areas for managing content. Your store has an Administration area where you can manage your site content, Adding Profile images, Products, and additioanl information.
What do I do after sign-up and registration?
Once you register, Our Admin Staff will review your registration request and validate your information. You will receive an email to varify your registration. Click the link to verify and your account and Membership will then go through our approval process, and your Account and Store will be live for you to login, to the Admin Area of your Store and Begin Posting your Merchandise and Content.
Registration:
After Completing registration and you have succesfully logged into your Driver Vendor Admin Manage My Store. You will now be able to begin the profile and Mystore Simple Design and Driver Information Page.
Getting Familiar with the Duke Superstore Homepage:
The Duke Superstore Menu contains Multiple links to Products and Service.
Superstore – This menu tab will take you directly to the Duke Superstore where you have access to purchase items from the entire catalog of products available.
Freight Management Services – Here your customers will find all of our Freight Management Service Available and Specific Forms for requesting a Quote for Shippments.
The Plan – Contains Infomation pertaining to oour Photo Gallery, Marketing, Distributor Registration and Driver Vendor Registration.
My Account – I where you will find the Terms of use Page. Please read the Terms of use and become familiar with our policies.
Manage My store – is the direct link to your Admin MyStore Page. Make sure you are loged into your account before proceding to Manage MyStore
Log in – will log you into your account.
Basic Store Setup –
Log into your Account, Navagate to the My Account – Manage MyStore.
Your MyStore Bashboard will be displayed.It is suggested to navigate around the Store to become a little familiar with the Navigation Tabs we will get into mor Details on each tab Later in this Article.
Setting up your Profile and your Store Front Page –
Settings – On the Left Side Minue List click the Settings Tab, It will take you to the first steps in setting up your Store Front Page.
Dashboard – It is recommended to Add A Logo or a photo of your Car here and a photo for the Quick Access Icon.
My Store Label – this is very iimportant and should be a Very Thoughtful Name as this Name will be how your Store Is Viewed By the Public and attached to your Products you list for Sale.
The Remaining selections is recomended to leave as default for now.
Modules – Leave this page at default Settings.

We currently only ship to The United States of America and your package will ship anywhere that can accept deliveries in the USA.
