Champion Penetrating Oil is a light viscosity fluid containing additives which permeate rust and oxidation scale to loosen and remove rust, varnish, grease and gum. It also provides protection of parts against further rusting and oxidation. It penetrates quickly allowing the part to be removed at once in most cases. it can also be used as a short term metal preservative which leaves a slight oily film.
